About Me
Welcome. My name is Chloe and I am the face behind Make up by Chloe.
I originally trained and worked as a beauty therapist and alongside my hair and makeup business today I continue to own and run my salon, Boutique in the pretty seaside town of Deal where I offer a wide range of beauty and semi-permanent makeup services. When I am not in the salon or at a wedding you will find me with my gorgeous daughter.

Semi Permanent Make Up

This is a super popular service that can allow you to achieve that professionally applied makeup look every day and new techniques and styles constantly evolving gone are the days of the block, square brow and heavily outlined lip, instead think soft focus, powdered edges, feather like hair strokes and naturally blushed lips.
Special Occasion
Whether it’s a big night out, hen party or prom I offer an array of hair and makeup services. From bouncy blow-dried curls and perfectly pinned up dos to beautiful, glamourous makeup looks. I am also available for photoshoots, one to one lessons and group tutorials.
Lessons – Are you stuck in a makeup rut? Been wearing the same shade of lipstick since you wear 18? Apply all your makeup with the same two brushes? Well then you are in need of a makeup over haul and I am here to help!
